Ms. Loreal V. Heebink
POSITION: Senior Project Management Specialist

Loreal V. Heebink is a Senior Project Management Specialist at the EERC, where she primarily assists in the planning, development, and management of projects related to core assessment, CO2 sequestration, and beneficial use of oilfield wastes. She is responsible for progress reporting under the U.S. Department of Energy's Plains CO2 Reduction (PCOR) Partnership and other projects. She is responsible for data management and interpretation in several core assessment and beneficial use of oilfield wastes projects as well as core assessment laboratory assistance. Prior to her current position, Ms. Heebink served as a Research Chemist at the EERC.

Ms. Heebink's principal areas of interest and expertise are technical research related to core assessment, carbon sequestration, and beneficial use and assessment of oilfield wastes and of coal combustion products (CCPs). Her current laboratory experience focuses on helium porosimetry, 3-D scanning for bulk volume, Dean-Stark and Soxhlet extraction techniques, and Karl Fischer titration.

Ms. Heebink received her B.S. degree in Chemistry from UND. She has authored or coauthored numerous publications.
