State and Provincial Regulations

A number of states and provinces in the PCOR Partnership Region have already put laws and regulations for CCS in the books.

Federal Regulations

There are a number of U.S. and Canadian laws and regulations that relate to CO2 injection for CO2 EOR or for dedicated permanent secure storage or CO2.
