The EERC’s success comes from our community of employees and their willingness to work together. As part of UND, we are strongly committed to fostering teams comprising individuals with varied experiences, expertise, and points of view. We continually work to create a strong sense of professional community where everyone feels they belong. Our teams therefore celebrate what makes each of us unique while connecting over what we have in common. These efforts are how we remain committed to one another and how, together, we can make a difference.
The EERC stands proudly in unity with the overarching initiatives and policies of UND’s LEADS strategic plan, which asserts all students, faculty, and staff have intrinsic value as human beings and should be treated with respect.
